Doyle & Doyle’s Vault Series of exhibitions gives us the opportunity to share our passion for jewelry history with our community. February saw the debut Vault Series exhibition, “A Life Adorned,” which featured luxurious antique and vintage accessories. We’re excited to announce the second Vault exhibition, titled “Sentimental Rings: From Birth to Death and In-Between,” opening Thursday, October 9.
“Sentimental Rings” is co-curated by our founder, Elizabeth Doyle, and Danielle Miele, who writes about vintage and modern jewelry at Gem Gossip. The collection is a beautiful assortment of antique and vintage rings, exploring themes of love, longing, celebration, loyalty, and loss. Most of the rings are from private collections and we’re excited to able to share them with the public for the first time.
The exhibition will be open from October 9 through November 9 in our store at 412 West 13th Street, New York City. If you can’t make it in person, stay tuned! The entire catalog will be available here on the blog, beginning October 9.
